A Few words about Embroidery:
Embroidery generally falls into 2 categories: Text and Logo.

Text Embroidery is exactly that: just words.
This Embroidery is charged per-line and a minimal setup fee;
and the customer is limited to the standard typefaces available.

Logo Embroidery gives the customer ultimate control over the appearance of
the embellishment. Virtually any size, typeface and number of colors
is available to the customer. Pricing is based on the number of threads-per-inch,
and yes, Setup cost is more of an investment. However, the Setup, as with
Screen Printing, is a one-time cost - not to be paid again upon subsequent orders.
